Studying at London Metropolitan University Centres
Our courses are developed in partnership with employers and professional bodies. Our aim is to equip you with the skills and knowledge employers are recruiting for, enabling you to graduate ‘work ready’.
London Metropolitan University Centres offer career-focused degrees in London, Manchester, and Birmingham. By studying in a major UK city, you could access more networking opportunities, travel links, and student experiences than anywhere else.
With degrees in Business Management, Health and Social Care, and International Business Management, and graduate support for up to two years after graduation, you’ll have access to career-enhancing tuition designed to improve your employability.
Undergraduate degrees are a ‘first-level’ degree that you’ll study before becoming a graduate.
Postgraduate refers to the level of study you enter once you have gained an undergraduate degree. Types of postgraduate degrees include Masters (MSc, MA); postgraduate certificate (PGCert); or postgraduate diploma (PGDip).
Compared to undergraduate degrees, a postgraduate degree is usually:
All our undergraduate and postgraduate degrees offer flexibility. Choose from multiple intakes and start your degree at a time that suits you and your commitments.
Our undergraduate degrees take three years to complete, and you can complete a Masters degree over the course of a year.
We also offer our undergraduate degrees with a Foundation Year, which take four years to complete.

Our four-year undergraduate degrees include a foundation year. These offer an alternative route into higher education if you don’t meet the entry requirements for our standard undergraduate degrees.
Our foundation year degrees are designed to develop your academic skills and confidence and prepare you for your degree. Each foundation year is tailored to the degree you’ve chosen, giving you the perfect foundation for the specialist modules you’ll study.
At London Metropolitan University Centres, we’re focused on preparing you for the digital workplace.
Our courses are taught through a full-time blended learning model, with a choice of study timetables. Blended working is quickly becoming the norm, and our courses are designed to prepare you for the modern workplace.
What is Blended Learning?
Blended learning is designed to provide the best of both on-campus and online learning opportunities. You’ll benefit from face-to-face timetabled sessions delivered at your chosen campus as well as live online sessions.

Student finance
The cost of tuition fees can be found on the course page of your selected degree.
You will also need to factor in associated costs, such as accommodation or travel costs and course texts (which can average around £200 per year). You will also need access to a laptop or PC and a reliable internet connection.

If you’re an undergraduate or postgraduate student from the UK, you may be able to receive financial support from the Government to help fund your studies.
The Government currently offers two types of loans that cover:
Note that postgraduate students are responsible for making their own payments and can make tuition fee payments through our online payment platform, Flywire. Postgraduate students may be eligible for a postgraduate loan from Student Finance England.

From time to time, we may offer scholarships and bursaries to eligible students. Every application is checked against eligibility criteria and awards are made on a case-by-case basis. If you have been successfully selected to receive financial support, it will be applied automatically, and you will be informed when you receive your offer letter from us.
Students from the UK may also be eligible for financial support from the Government in the form of a student loan. The UK Government offers two types of loans:

If you are a self-funded student, we are happy to support your studies with an interest-free payment plan to help spread the cost of your tuition.
Our Finance Team are also on-hand to offer assistance and advice, should you experience any unforeseen financial difficulties.
If you ever have difficulty paying your tuition fees, please contact our Finance Team for support as soon as possible.

If you’d like to discuss the decision, you can reach out to our Admissions Team or your recruitment team. They will review the decision and offer advice as to why your application was unsuccessful along with any appeal processes.
